I think that Nebuchadnezzar II took the Hebrew people because he want to use the people as slaves.

I think that Hebrew people felt sad and made because they was slaves and had to work long hours to stay alive.

If i was a king witch i am not ,but the things i would do is work harder to get more people to respect me and followed my wishs that i feel that is best for them.

I think they might because back then they was mean and selfish and some people only cared about them and there family. Some people do care about others to so there might be laws about how they treat the people they conquer
